Fill Light
In a lighting setup, the fill light refers to the light source which is used to fill-in. the shadows cast by the main light. This source can be a flash unit, or simply a reflector that is directed on the subject to illuminate the shadowed areas and lessen the contrast. |

We may do things a bit differentlyat photography training and we highly recommend starting at the very beginning and take advantage of your opportunity to re-learn some of the fundamentals and specifically, the way we do things. We promise not to bog you down with “camera basics”. We keep the technical part of what we do very straight forward and simple and we won’t waste your time presenting information you don’t really need or won’t be using. |

Our “Non-Traditional” perspective…
As you go through our photography training programs you’ll soon see that we definitely have a “non-traditional” approach to a number of issues when it comes to the business of photography. You may or may not always agree with our approach and even our point of view, and that’s fine. Many of our “non-traditional” methods can easily be integrated into more traditional ways of doing things. In photography, there is no such thing as “one size fits all” and there’s typically more than one way to achieve a desired result. Rather than debate philosophy or methods, our goal is to show you exactly what works and the specific techniques we use to create the saleable products that will very quickly put you head and shoulders above the amateurs and most of the alleged pros that are already out there. |
